For the month of August, 2022, Black & Brass’ featured roast is Honey Bourbon. This roast is a rich single-origin roast made with flavorful South American beans. These lush beans are then soaked in honey bourbon barrels, dried, and then roasted to form a medium roast with sweet undertones. Notes of sweet licorice make this an excellent pairing with a hardy breakfast.
